The Thai Bird's Eye Pepper just wouldn't be enough for these maniacs, so we 86'd them from the recipe and called upon the gods of hot hot lava. Enter the Green Ghost Pepper. A variant of their famous red siblings, the bright green color of these all-natural stomach crampers comes from being harvested earlier in the season. Do not let this fool you.
